We offer a range of Service Level Agreements that can be adapted to your business’ needs, with response times that work for you: choose from 4-hr, 8-hr or next business day, Monday to Friday, or 7 days a week attendance options.

You need to know that you can rely on your technology long after it has been installed. AVANZA technicians carry out full system checks using detailed, site specific reports and equipment checklists. This provides you, the end user, with a full asset register, health report and system conditioning document, helping you to maintain a reliable, fully-functional system.

With our extensive supplier partner programme, we’re also able to maintain and service third party equipment, providing a single source for all of your security maintenance requirements.
